Notification of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your entry is received. Use tracking information to make sure it arrives prior to the deadline, and notify us at LisaWSmith57@gmail.com if you do not receive an email confirmation after the tracking shows being delivered.

Notification of finalists. All entrants will receive notification of finalists the week of August 18, two weeks prior to the Tennessee Valley Literary Festival, Athens AL, which takes place September 7, 2024. 

Notification of winners. Winners will be announced on the day of the Festival and notified by email.
